As a Certified Master Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and former Equinox Tier lll instructor, I specialize in Weight Loss, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Senior Fitness and Woman's Fitness. And implement functional training, cardio-respiratory endurance, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, wellness coaching, and movement screen assessments.

Each individual session that I programs is comprehensive, safe and effective. However, most people don’t realize that even with the very finest and most intense exercise regimen, it can only contribute to a mere 20% of your fitness goals; which is why I incorporate nutrition education along with your exercise program.

With her knowledge of periodization, she creates macro, meso, and microcycles and uses this system to help you develop different physiological abilities during various phases of training. For instance, during base training, focus is on the development of aerobic and muscular endurance. During the intensity phase, this focus switches to lactate threshold and aerobic capacity (i.e., VO2 max), and as you enter the competition phase, greater emphasis is placed on boosting anaerobic capacity and neuromuscular power.
La Bonty Fitness offers clients one on one sessions at the convenient 24 hour gym at the SAVOY or in the privacy and convenience of their own home. All modalities and equipment are brought to you. Sessions end with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, which is included in the 12, 16, and 20 pack of sessions.
